Sara creates bespoke special occasion cakes that combine artistic genius with culinary decadence.
Having lived in Europe and Asia she brings international inspiration to her cake design and flavors.
Sara graduated with a degree in Pastry and Baking Arts from the French Culinary Institute in NYC (currently the International Culinary Center) and training from internationally renowned cake designer, Ron Ben-Israel.
Her cakes have been enjoyed by guests while she was employed at the Montage, Laguna Beach, The Resort at Pelican Hill, and also her own company, Heslington Cakes.
Sara’s work has also been featured on many Food Network Cake Challenges where she was an assistant to James Roselle and most recently Ron Ben-Israel in the Food Network and HGTV All-Star Gingerbread Build.
